At Frost Vial, we are committed to delivering high-quality peptide refrigeration products designed for secure and reliable storage. Due to the sensitive nature of peptide storage equipment and strict quality-control standards, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Frost Vial does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Because peptide refrigeration products may be exposed to environmental conditions, handling issues, contamination risks, or tampering after delivery, returned products cannot be safely restocked or resold.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of:
  • The shipping box
  • Product packaging
  • The issue or damage

After review, Frost Vial may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the product
• Send replacement parts
• Offer store credit
• File a claim with the shipping carrier

Shipping Issues

Frost Vial is not responsible for:

• Carrier shipping delays
• Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Damage caused by improper use, storage, modification, or neglect

Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products are sold “as is” without warranties except where required by law.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

By placing an order with Frost Vial, customers acknowledge and agree to this No Return Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may be disputed using tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communication records.
